Anyone with an FFL that does transfers from out of state? Having trouble finding help with a rifle purchased in Illinois. Please and thank you kindly, david
I bought a pistol from a friend of mine in Maine. He brought it to his FFL which sent it to Four Seasons, they needed some info from Four Seasons and then my buddy paid $40 and I had to pay Four Seasons something around the same and they did all the paperwork. It was relatively simple.
Not sure that helps or not, but figured I’d share my experience.
