I thought thie would be a dimple advertising directory not a forum. Too hard to find advertisers. Should be a separate menu button but not in a forum type discussion.
We could do that but I think people will use the forum more often than a stand alone page. My experience with the existing site is that people don’t click through most of the pages browsing for new content because most page content changes infrequently. Thus, if we made a stand alone page for member services, my concern is people will look at it once, if at all, and then never return to it. Hence, I was trying to keep all the dynamic, self-post content in the forum. Given we have a relatively small user group, I don’t expect a flood of content even with the ability to self post things.
So, not sure what’s better here: stand alone page OR forum posts.
